Lost In Your Eyes

I can't seem to stop
wanting to get lost in your eyes
I never once felt I'd be
losing myself in the surf
We just roll with the tides
and I'm sure that you feel like me
Your feet do not meet the earth
                our hearts collide
I can only grab on to your sides
Longing to feel you pull me in tightly
Lighter than air when I'm lost
                     in your eyes
I have to pry myself loose
from this thirst to be by your side
When comes that dreadful time we
have to say I'll miss you until

Don't look too close
because I'll probably have tears

as I tread the depths and the tide
